Alternate Routes to New Orleans Greek Festival 2016
Looks like Uptown isn’t the only part of the city experiencing construction pains! The venerable Wisner Bridge linking City Park and Carrollton to Lakeview is gone and won’t be replaced until 2017! Fortunately, there are still many ways to get your gyro — click here for a detailed map of the alternate ways to get to New Orleans Greek Festival!

We are located on the corner of Robert E. Lee Boulevard and St. Bernard Avenue, near City Park. If you are coming from I-610 westbound, exit at Elysian Fields, heading right (north), then take a left (west) on Robert E. Lee Boulevard and left on St. Bernard Avenue — the Cathedral entrance will be on the right. If you are coming from the I-610 eastbound, exit at St. Bernard Avenue, heading north (left), until you see the Cathedral on the left at the intersection of Robert E. Lee Boulevard. Please call the Cathedral office at 504-282-0259 with any questions. Click here for the Google map.

Free Parking & Shuttle Service

We will be providing complimentary shuttle service along designated routes and at specific stops. As usual, we’ll have free parking and shuttle service from the JFK school site (entrance on Wisner Avenue).
NEW — Free parking and shuttle from Lake Terrace Shopping Center (corner of Robert E. Lee and Paris Avenue). Look for the parking and shuttle signs.

Handicapped Parking

Patrons are welcome to drop-off guests near our entrance, but because of the extensive street construction along St. Bernard Avenue there are no handicapped parking spaces available directly in front of our grounds. Fortunately our shuttle service vehicles are handicapped accessible and can be found at both free parking sites (please click here for the parking map).
